新产品导入工程师-标签

Job Responsibility(岗位职责) 1. Lead new label products & process development to match customer expectations; 领导新的标签产品和工艺开发，以满足客户的期望； 2. Standardize and establish product and process specifications to ensure new products introduced smoothly to shop floor; 标准化和建立产品和工艺规范，以确保新产品顺利导入车间； 3. Cooperate with sales team to interface with customer in China, to determine needs / wants / CTQ elements, define project parameters for material & process; 与销售团队合作以及中国客户沟通，确定需求/ CTQ元素，确定材料和工艺的项目参数； 4. Liaise with process and operation engineers to establish /improve in-house product converting processes in CCL Suzhou; 与工艺和操作工程师联系，建立/改进CCL苏州的内部产品转换工艺； 5. Continue to trace / follow Ｏn product/design trend of safety products in automotive industry and develop in-house processes accordingly; 持续跟踪汽车行业安全产品的设计趋势，并制定相应的内部流程； 6. Work closely with project management team to drive new business opportunities to closure, based Ｏn well understanding of customer requirements and applications; 在充分了解客户需求和应用的基础上，与项目管理团队密切合作，推动新业务的完成； 7.Assist Quotation specialists to set standard process roadmap handle new products feasibility evaluation; 协助报价人员制定标准流程路线图，进行新产品可行性评估； 8.Cooperate with oversea CCL branches Ｏn new product development or introduction; 与海外CCL分公司合作开发或引进新产品； 9.Other tasks assigned by the company; 公司交办的其他工作； Job Requirements（岗位要求） 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in printing/packaging engineering is preferred; 大专及以上学历，印刷/包装工程专业优先； 2.8 years+ experience in NPD/NPI in printing company especially for electronic industry; 8年以上印刷企业(尤其是电子行业)新产品导入经验； 3.Very good knowledge Ｏn printing processes, Flexographic is essential and digital printing (Indigo) will be preferred; 熟悉印刷工艺，柔版印刷和数码印刷(Indigo)优先； 4.Good knowledge Ｏn printing materials including label stock, adhesive, inks, printing equipment; 熟悉印刷材料，包括标签原料，粘合剂，油墨，印刷设备； 5.Be familiar with label application situation in electronic industry and good knowledge Ｏn testing portfolio; 熟悉电子行业的标签应用情况，熟悉测试组合； 6.Problem analyzing and solving competence; 分析和解决问题的能力； 7.Excellent communication skill; 优秀的沟通能力；
